Emergency First Responder (EFR) Instructor


The EFR Instructor Course provides the knowledge, skills and practice to effectively teach CPR, First Aid, AED and Care for Children, allowing you to complete further programs for students and providing additional value to employers. During the course, you will learn to teach the proper treatment for a variety of medical emergencies. In the hands-on scenarios you will learn to teach how to treat emergencies consistent with current, approved medical practices. Upon completion, you will be certified to teach students cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) for both adults and children.

  1. Current EFR Primary/Secondary Care and Care for Children provide or a Medical Professional or a current CPR/First Aid Instructor from a recognized organization
  2. Be at least 18 years old
  3. Complete the Any Water Dive Center Course Enrollment Agreement
